A lovely modern cottage blending traditional features with contemporary style accommodation all on ground level.
There is large open plan room with wooden floors featuring a modern kitchen and dining area with pine table and chairs and a large lounge with wood-burning stove. The huge feature window is south facing and lets in lots of light. The cottage is well lit with uplighters and has two comfy sofas in the lounge clustered around a coffee table and freeview TV and DVD player as well as CD player. The kitchen has an electric oven, microwave and fridge and is fully equipped with crockery, cooking ware and utensils although no dishwasher.
As well as a huge double bedroom there are two large bedrooms with twin beds and a separate toilet and bathroom with attached shower and all rooms have wardrobes, bedside tables, mirrors and bedside lamps.
Carriage Mews is the lower level of the building shown with Coachhouse Mews (sleeping 8) above and is a historic building which once housed the horse drawn carriages for the Waunifor estate. We also have another cottage sleeping 6 people called Stable Cottage. For larger groups or family gatherings, Coachhouse, Carriage Mews and Stable Cottage sleep a maximum of 20 people and are all located close together.
Carriage Mews opens out on to a shared courtyard garden with picnic table.
